i appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. it included most things i needed, except for a bread knife. the bed felt very comfortable. i found the shower worked really well.
the building had an intense ventilation sound, and it penetrated the room even with everything closed.

The bathroom was TINY. The toilet flush was also temperamental. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes IT didn't. If it was a no. 2, using the toilet down at reception felt safer for everyone, not ideal!

i only received two towels in my apartment, booked for three people. this was a hassle to resolve and delayed my morning.

the air CONDITIONING worked adequately.
i was disturbed by cleaning staff leaving doors open early, with vacuum cleaner noise. THE kitchen and bathroom kit was not new. It felt used already.
